CARE
This product consists of fiber and feather blend used in the seat cushions, back pillows and throw pillows. Do not use if allergic.
Feathers tend to move easily and create changes in shape and appearance; their shifting or flattening can be remedied by regular shaking and fluffing until they regain their original shape. Stray feathers may penetrate the outer fabric, and can be removed without compromising the quality of the piece. This is not a flaw.
Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and dirt that could be abrasive to the fabric.
Have upholstered items professionally cleaned annually.
Avoid excess exposure to sunlight and/or humidity.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
Always blot from the outer edges inward to reduce the chance of a stain ring.
Check the cleaning code and follow the instructions detailed on the label.
Always test care products in a hidden area to make sure they are compatible with the material.
Blot stains with cool, distilled water when cleaning only.
Do not use hot water, as it may set a stain.
Do not use tap water, as it may contain minerals that can leave a stain ring.
Do not use strong cleaning chemicals on or near upholstery, as overexposure could cause damage.
Pilling may occur on any fabric over time as part of general wear, and is not considered a defect. Use a lint shaver, pilling comb, or fabric de-fuzzer to remove. Ensure the fabric is dry and pulled taut prior to using fabric shaver.
The sectional pieces are not connected by brackets. Rubber glides are attached at the bottom of the legs to protect the piece and the floor from sliding damage. Pushing back on the piece when sitting or standing may cause them to slide more easily on smooth, hard surfaces
Pet damage, spills, and general wear as part of item's use are not covered under warranty.
Improper maintenance/lack of maintenance may void the item's warranty.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We want you to love what you get! If the product does not work in your space we offer a 7 day return policy from the date of pick up or delivery.
If products were delivered by Dwell Home Market we will schedule a pick up when we are in that area. If rescheduled by the customer, there will be a fee depending on location. Any damage caused to the product by the buyer during this 7 day window will waive the right for the product to be returned.
Custom orders, Story Steals, Scratch and Dent, Lawn Sale and Lightly Dwelled items are final sale and will clearly be marked online in the product description if bought online.
WARRANTY
Dwell and Company offers a 1 year warranty on all products and it covers any manufacturer defects. Specific products may also have warranties from the manufacturer.
