Refund policy

Dwell & Company Now Ships NATIONWIDE

In the state of Florida:

Free returns, 7 day return policy which starts from the date the item is picked up or delivered for a full product refund. 

If a product was delivered, Dwell & Company will schedule a pick up for no fee. Delivery fees are non refundable. 

Delivery will be scheduled through email, text or phone call after purchase is complete based on the clients schedule and our delivery calendar. Clients will be notified 48 hours in advance from the delivery date of the 3 hours delivery window and then called 30 minutes before arrival.

Nationwide Deliveries: 

7 day return policy from the date of delivery for a full product refund. 

3rd party deliveries are an estimated of 3-5 weeks based on the location of the client. Delivery will be scheduled through email, text or phone call after purchase is complete and tracking is communicated via email.

Clients are responsible for all transportation return costs. Including a $50 wrap/ palitize fee per piece. If a product arrives damaged, Dwell & Company will take steps to resolve the damage issue. If a return of a damage product is requested the client will be responsible for all transportation return costs. Including a $50 per piece wrap/ palitize fee. Dwell & Company will provide the client with an invoice for transparency of return costs. 

Any damage caused to the product by the client will wave the right for the product to be returned. Custom orders, Lightly Dwelled, Scratch & Dent, and Story Steals are sold as-is, are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned. 

Dwell & Company cannot remove, move, or dispose of old furniture. 

Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as Dwell Home Market is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit.

Dwell & Company provides a 1 year warranty on all new products for manufacturing defects. After 1 year, Dwell & Company will assist the client in the exercise of any applicable manufacturer warranties.
