care guide

Table top materials:
granite stone powder, Portland cement, nylon net, water. Porous concrete pre-sealed with manufacturer's wax sealer to provide active protection against staining.

Wipe up spills as soon as possible.
Do not place or drag sharp/coarse objects across table top.
Avoid contact with acidic substances such as citrus or olive oil, as prolonged exposure may cause discoloration.
Do not use any cleaning products that contain acetone, denatured alcohol, are bleach-based, citrus-based, or ammoniated.
Always use placemats and coasters under plates and beverages.
Do not place hot pans, dishes or glasses directly onto table top.
Use felt pads or rubber feet on the bottom of objects that will remain on the table top for long periods of time.
Do not place bath oils on table top.
Do not put adhesives or painter's tape directly on the table.

Wax Maintenance:
Re-wax table top once within 2 months of first acquiring table and every 3-6 months thereafter.
A commercially available stone floor wax with paraffin base may be used.
If the wax coating becomes damaged, apply new wax as soon as possible.
Non-structural hairline cracks are possible and may result from shrinkage or the natural curing process. These are not a defect, and wax can be applied to fill in the crack and prevent moisture from seeping in and causing discoloration.
Improper maintenance/lack of maintenance may void the item's warranty.

If products were delivered by Dwell Home Market we will schedule a pick up when we are in that area. If rescheduled by the customer, there will be a fee depending on location. Any damage caused to the product by the buyer during this 7 day window will waive the right for the product to be returned.
