Remove cushion casings prior to cleaning to avoid trapping excess moisture in the cushion core. Allow cushion casings to air dry completely before putting them back on.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
Always blot from the outer edges inward to reduce the chance of a stain ring.
When using water to clean, blot stains with cool, distilled water only.
Do not use hot water, as it may set a stain.
Do not use tap water, as it may contain minerals that can leave a stain ring.
Check the cleaning code and follow the instructions detailed on the label.
Cleaning Code WS: Spot clean this fabric with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild dry-cleaning solvent.
Be sure to test a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding.
Do not saturate. When using a dry-cleaning product, follow instructions carefully and clean only in a well-ventilated room.
Dry cleaning or laundering cushion casings in a washing machine is not recommended as this can damage the fibers.
Keep furniture away from direct sunlight and humidity to avoid fading.
It's recommended to have upholstered items professionally cleaned annually.
Pilling may occur on any fabric over time as part of general wear, and is not considered a defect. Use a lint shaver, pilling comb, or fabric de-fuzzer to remove. Ensure the fabric is dry and pulled taut prior to using fabric shaver. Work in small circles and follow all instructions on the product.
Improper maintenance/lack of maintenance may void the furniture's warranty.

If products were delivered by Dwell Home Market we will schedule a pick up when we are in that area. If rescheduled by the customer, there will be a fee depending on location. Any damage caused to the product by the buyer during this 7 day window will waive the right for the product to be returned.
