Blot spills immediately to keep a stain from setting into your rug.
Use a clean cloth and press firmly to absorb as much liquid as possible. Do not rub, as this can set the stain deeper into the rug.
To clean stains, make a solution of cool water, white vinegar, and a mild detergent such as dish soap. Apply the foam that rises to the top of the solution to the stained area with a clean cloth. Finish using a damp, clean cloth to absorb any residue.
For pet stains, make sure you have absorbed all remaining liquid with a dry paper towel, then sprinkle baking soda over the affected area. Leave it on for 5 minutes, then spray the solution mix onto it. Gently scrub and let sit, then vacuum up the remaining powder.
For harder to remove stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
Improper maintenance/lack of maintenance may void the item's warranty.
